Eyebrow Advice??

So girls, I am pretty new to the world of filling in my eyebrows. I deliberately wore mine natural my whilenlife because people always told me I should fill them in. I have a large scar over my left eyebrow that leaves an obvious bald patch, I've had this my whole life but due to personal preference, I know fill in both brows with makeup. HOWEVER, I dye my hair as well. currently my hair is a light reddish/blonde. My eyebrows are still natural brunette and the only colors that will hide my scar are dark colors. I feel like my eyebrows are not matching up with my hair but i have NO IDEA what to do! Do i dye my brows? What color? then how do i fill them in? Any advice is welcome! pics included of my eyebowrs w/ and w/o makeup.
