How do y’all study?

Ok, I’m getting my real estate license. I am doing it online so i need to study a lot. I need to do terms and important info. I was going to do terms but the amount of terms in the chapters are crazy. I did the math and I’ll need 3100 to write down all the terms on notecards. But they are SO much easier to study on. I was able to write down 56 terms on 3 pieces of paper front and back.

How can I study off of the paper? Or should I just use the note cards. I want to just finish this and stop messing around and I keep trying to study but I keep forgetting the terms because they aren’t on notecards.
