Do you think its wrong that the government are allowed to just cull wildlife?

There is a big badger cull that's been going on for a few years resulting in more than 50000 badgers killed in the UK to prevent the spread of TB to cattle.

Even though they've recently learned that foxes and hounds also carry TB (as well as other animals), they're planning on increasing the areas that farmers are allowed to kill badgers in. There's no scientific evidence that killing badgers will stop TB spreading! Scientists are even saying that even if they killed all the badgers and foxes there would still be TB.

Fox hunting is illegal in the UK, but many people still do it saying they are only "trail hunting."

It worries me that if they can just kill badgers, they'll be allowed to kill foxes next too as the conservative government are all for this cruel sport (which is only illegal because the public protested it so much)

Do you believe killing wildlife should be illegal? Should this badger cull be stopped? There will obviously be environmental consequences. And do you agree that trail hunting should be made illegal as one way of spreading the TV even more (from fox to hound)
