How long after finding out your hcg levels were dropping did you finally bleed/spot? If I don't by my appointment Wednesday should I say something?

Answer

I didn’t at all. I had a missed/silent miscarriage. I lost my baby at 5w3d and didn’t find out until my ultrasound when I was supposed to be about 11w. I only knew I had a miscarriage because there was no heartbeat and my levels were going down. I had to have a D&C;
