Dealing with chronic BV !!

So i have been dealing with BV off and on for some years now , usually it will come and i get it treated from my OBGYN with some antibiotics (flagyl) then it will go away, but it always comes back it could be a few months later or even a year later but it ALWAYS come back and i am so fed up with having to take pills for it because sometimes the pills causes me to have a yeast infection too .. so I’m wondering if anybody knows any legit home remedies that will help rid this nasty BV . It affects my day to day life because I am so insecure about how I May smell down there and it is so frustrating . Please help if anyone knows any cures . Thanks ladies
