QUITTING
So I am in the beginning stages of Quitting my horrible habit...Smoking 🛑🚬🚬
I got the patch and put it on yesterday at work
Since then I've been dizzy,nauseous, MASSIVE headaches,crazy dreams,jittery, worst than being prego.
Any tips,remedies,etc?
