Anxious need advice?☹️

So I am 22 weeks tomorrow and last night I didn’t really feel baby move, she’s usually really active in morning and night but wasn’t so much at night, I woke up and felt a few movements I think but nothing like I usually do?
Should I be worried?☹️ I don’t know what to do

Some movement is still movement. Doctors will tell you that baby movements aren’t consistent til 28 weeks. Try not to stress, it’s bad for you and the baby.

At 22 weeks she might have moved so you feel her less, or maybe she is going through a growth spurt. Call your doctor if you're really worried, but I didn't feel regular movements until about 25 weeks.

Sit in a quite room and take some deep breaths as if you’re in labor. The more oxygen you get to baby the more baby will move. Also cold things popsicle, ice, anything cold really. Even rubbing ice on my belly with my son worked.
