How Do You Treat Headaches/Migraines During Pregnancy?

I’ve had a crippling headache since last night and I tried everything I could think of without taking medication and nothing works 😭 I don’t know what to do. How do you get rid of a severe headache while your pregnant?

Tylenol and sleep. And staying hydrated.

My doctor said I needed to drink my water and stay hydrated.. and that Tylenol was ok. I’ve been drinking more water and it has helped a lot

I couldn't do anything but take Tylenol. Only thing you can do really.. or sleep

Lots of water but as well in pregnancy you tend to lack in caffeine. Try some coffee or Pepsi that usually helped me my caffeine headaches are awful in pregnancy.

i put vapor rub on the back of my neck, temples and cheek bones, also had a can of coke and took a tylenol, if that didn’t help it i would lay in a dark room on my right side and sip a gatorade/water. i’ve had chronic migraines since i was 17 so i have a few tips and tricks but a lot don’t work because pregnancy. but these few i’ve been living by recently.
