What is the "ideal" age to have a baby?

Just curious as to the general opinion on what stage of life is the best to have a child. If you care to share an opinion on when you decided to have kids and why, please share. Thank you.

I'm 33 and pregnant with my first. Would have liked to have kids sooner, but I wasn't planning on breaking my hip at 28 and dealing with full-blown osteoporosis.

20 to 30 I would say. Biologically it's best to have babies between these ages to reduce complications on both mother and babies side
