What does this mean????

Period expected July 1st thru July 4th, but didn't come. no bloating, spotting, or cramping like usual. I've taken 4 UPTs, all BFNs. my cervical mucous has been watery with white mucus strings and super heavy, like panty liner worthy but colorless up until today. this morning I had this come out, and I'm not sure of its blood tinged or not, but it's definitely not the white/clear it has been. is this normal in meaning I could be preggo? or is this something else?
