How long should you leave the sperm inside after you BD to make sure you have the best chance for conception?

Answer

The sperm that are going to make it through your cervix get there in seconds, before he even pulls out. Anything that comes out after that makes no difference. The only thing you’re increasing your chances of by laying there and not getting up to pee right away is a UTI.

My doctor suggested laying on my left side for thirty minutes. It worked the first time. Unfortunately we lost that baby, but I still swear by it. That was the only change I made from previous times trying.
