Healthy goal weight ( 5'2" & looking to still embrace my curves)

Over the past few months my weight has become a bigger issue, mentally and physically. Although im apart of sports teams all year round i still don't feel active enough and comfortable in my own skin. I am trying to take some weight off before the upcoming season but I am unsure of a healthy goal. I am currently 5'2" and just shy of 180 lbs.
