Lactation cookie recommendations??

Anyone get any cookies or tea and saw results? I need recommendations. My baby is 3 months and I’m only pumping 3oz every 2-3 hrs while I’m at work. I know he gets more when he’s nursing( before and after work) but I was pumping at work for the next day until my supply dropped for whatever reason and now I have to use my stash

I think cookies are a crock. I always saw the best results with water intake.

3oz for every 2-3hours is plenty. You should be getting 1oz an hour so you’re right on track. But I’d try some drinks with coconut water since the electrolytes will boost your supply nicely
