breast quest

I have a 5 day old. I know my milk isn't completely all there yet but I'm not getting much. I'm pumping every two hours and only getting an ounce between both breasts. is this normal? I'm not able to keep up with her demand it seems like. she won't latch so I know exactly how much she is getting because of pumping into the bottle and supplementing with formula as well. I also have a hard lump that won't go away when pumping. I've been messaging it while I pump also.

this is what I'm getting. is it the milk or still colostrum?
