Baby daddy drama

Just a little back story. My baby daddy was a stupidly drunkin one night stand and obviously wouldn’t trade for the world bc it gave me my daughter but since day one he denied her through my whole pregnancy, and demanded a dna test, he wasn’t in the delivery room but showed up while I was alone in the hospital and convinced me to give her his name and sign the birth certificate. Well not long after started the I’m not fit to be a father, don’t want this saga. The past 4 years it’s been a battle on him going 6-7 months without seeing her and then when he has a flavor of the month and needs to play daddy he verbally abuses me to get me to let him see her. Well now it’s been almost and entire year and after texts and papers being drawn up saying he relinquished his rights and wants no part of her he’s repeatedly demanding me to let him see her. I’m ignoring him in the mean time until I save up the money to take him to court and finish what he’s started. I’m just so over the bipolar childish games and would really like y’all opinion on what I should do for now. Let him see her or not at all. She doesn’t know him or ask about him at all my BF now who has been in her life since she was 1 is who she calls daddy and he’s very supportive of what ever decision I should make. I’m just currently 25 weeks pregnant and emotionally vulnerable and can’t take his abuse. If you’ve read this far I really appreciate it.
