So confused

Period is 5 days late now and showing all signs of pregnancy but tests are all negative. I even experienced implantation bleeding/spotting and I never spot between periods. Looked it up and it happened in the timeframe of when implantation would be most likely. Should I go to the doctor and get an ultrasound or should I wait it out until I get a positive or until next month and see if AF shows up then...? I’m so confused.
