Stopping the swaddle
So our 5m old HAS to be swaddled or she won’t sleep more than an hour. But This past week or so she started rolling onto her back, and last night she rolled over while swaddled.
So now I don’t know what to do. She barely slept all day, I usually swaddle her for naps as well 😓. We both need to sleep, but I don’t feel safe anymore.
Have you guys had this problem ? Any advice ? Girls, I am DESPERATE !
