Dreams that feel real??

So lastnight i had the realist feeling dream i have ever had, i had a dream about having my baby before my due date, she was small and looked so much like me, she had tubes in and i held her and was told she was a girl, i was over the moon, my mum, sister and partner were there too, we had just had a scan a few days ago next thing i had a baby in my arms.. anyone know what this means? It felt so real, we are only 11 weeks, so dont know the sex or anything, we have a 2 year old little boy, so would love to have a little girl.. has anyones dream become real when it came down to gender?
