Implants and nursing?

Hey you guys so I'm planning on getting implants after my next child (I have miserable little knobs for boobs. They are ridiculously small, less than a 32 A) but I like to think that maybe someday in the far future we will have a third child. But I plan on breast feeding all my kids and I don't want to not breastfeed that kid just because of implants but I hear that it makes things difficult and hurts? I'm mostly concerned about the pain factor as I'm pretty sure the low milk supply thing is a myth. Also does it change the shape?
