TTC after 14 miscarriages

Has anyone successfully Carry the baby to term after so many miscarriages? Two years ago I had a hysteroscopy and they removed a layer of connective tissue from inside my uterus which they said was acting like Teflon so the baby could not implant into. We have been pregnant only one time since then and did yet again miscarry. I have the monitor because three days after I ovulate have to start taking progesterone, if I'm not pregnant by the end of that cycle I have to stop taking the progesterone to let myself have a period. I'm praying to find somebody with some kind of similar story and success afterwards. Are you out there?
