Selling diy jewelry in front yard?

So as a stay at home mom I get pretty bored during my spare time, i was thinking about making diy jewelry such as earrings and necklaces, i was also thinking of making jewelry boxes with sea shells and things of that nature( I live in FL), and maybe setting up a stand in my front yard (i live in front of a busy street) once in a while to sell them?

Do y’all think its a good idea? Or a waste of time/money.

Any ideas? Thanks!
