Anger issues.
My bf and I have been together for almost a year next month but lately it seems off and he doesn’t care anymore. He does NOTHING he doesn’t work doesn’t clean nothing. We’ve been arguing for weeks and lately I’ve been hitting him every time he gets in my face or even yells at me. (I was beaten by my ex) I need some tips on how to be calm. Or tips on what to do.
