Hemaroids

So I am due to go on holiday next week, I have become extra hairy during pregnancy (especially my bum) so today I am looking in the mirror at all the hair on my bum debating if I should shave it when I notice I have a hemaroid, it is only the size of a pea and doesn’t come out until I strain but I’m not to sure what to do!?

Should I go to my doctor? Googling online it seems to just be a symptom of pregnancy!!!
