Random clit pulsing

Ok. So this is the most embarrassing and personal thing I’ve ever had to ask BUT...I am nearly 27 weeks pregnant. For the past few weeks at very random moments I’ll get this pulsing/throbbing sensation in my clitoris. It’s not an “aroused” type of throbbing....it’s more of a “your clit is about to explode but since you know it’s not really going to maybe you should punch a hole in the wall,” type of pulsing. It is incredibly uncomfortable annoying. It makes me angry. This sounds hysterical but it feels as if my clit is having a panic attack. HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS? I’m too embarrassed to talk to my obgyn about it. I haven’t even told my husband. When it happens I try to just wait it out but it makes me so angry i really just want to smash plates or tear apart my down pillows. Someone please help..
