AWFUL vaginal pain

I am 34 weeks and the past week has been awful. I am beyond miserable. this is my third pregnancy and I have never experienced anything like it. my entire pregnancy has been rough but now I am having extreme vaginal pain. it feels like someone has punched me down there and like it could even fall off. if I open my legs too far or close them too much it hurts even worse. it doesn't matter if I am sitting, standing or walking. I simply cannot get relief and now when I am walking I will get random stabbing pains that make me double over. my next doc appt is the 23rd but that feels like forever from now. have any of you ladies experienced this or know what it could be? thanks so much.
