Hi, I'm 6 w 2 d pregnant and I'm going to the doctor in two weeks for something of the insurance of my husband, so I'm going to start like in two weeks, so I just worried, how can I know that the baby is developing fine, I just been reading all post of misscarrage or fetus dead inside of you, and I just a little scared!!!!
I'm trying to eat healthy and taking my prenatal vitamins!

That’s really all you can do. I wouldn’t be reading about miscarriages and losses because that’ll cause you unnecessary stress and anxiety. You just need to relax as much as possible, unfortunately miscarriages and losses do happen and it’s not something anyone can prevent, but it’s not something you should automatically just go into your pregnancy thinking is gonna happen. I had a missed MC at 16 weeks & stillborn daughter from a disorder called monosomy x. With my pregnancy now (I’m 35w) I was nervous at first but I just had to tell myself every pregnancy is different and it’s all a different situation. Once you’re further along you can purchase an at home doppler (I was able to find my daughters heart at 10w) and that will probably help a lot if you’re still having the same anxiety.

I was worried too; what I did was request an early scan to calm my nerves and relaxed. I had a lot of cramping so I was always nervous. I completed a lot of tv shows and let my body just rest till I hit my second trimester.
