Side Cramps after ovulation

Ever since I ovulated I have been getting cramps on my pelvic area. It switches from side to side I’m supposed to get my period on Monday July 25. I’m on a 28 day cycle and am very regular. I even used ovulation strips.

Has this ever been a sign of pregnancy? Please let me know!

UPDATE...

I am getting cramps on both sides on. And off. Hubby is a family medicine doc and is highly convinced I am pregnant. I have nausea on and off, fatigue, and if I’m not mistaken my Areola are getting darker. I’m 6 Before Aunt flow. I will test on Friday July 20.
