Tips for getting pregnant this cycle?

My sweetheart and I are going on month 3 of TTC, we have pre-seed for this cycle and I've been taking prenatal vitamins to prepare my body. I just have this irrational fear that I can't get pregnant even though I am regular, etc. Do you have any tips for a newbie who is TTC #1?

Have you tried ovulation tests? And remember it takes a healthy couple up to a year to become pregnant, and an average of 6 months for couples who are actively trying. I know it feels like forever- but it hasn't been that long yet. Relax- it will Happen! good luck!!

This is my second cycle, I just finished ovulating and have used preseed and also took Geritol. I've heard a lot about that helping with your vitamin intake and that could help. I'm anemic and its great for me to take anyways but they say a baby is in every bottle. Beware, the vitamins are huge. Following.
