I went back to the gym!!!!!!
I'm 14 weeks 3 days and after being on hiatus from the gym for what felt like forever (8 weeks) because of all day sickness and super low energy, I finally went back today and it felt amazing!! I decided I am going to on the days that I feel good since I still get nauseous and have low energy randomly throughout the week and I had to modify nearly everything but I am so excited to be back! Anybody else back into their regular workout routine now that you are in your 2nd trimester?
