Recently I had 2 co-workers seriously flip out and screamed at me. Verbally attacking me! I'm the type of person who try's to avoid conflict in anyway. I'm still in shock about what happened. My supervisor is friends with everyone (small office) and I've been working there for 13 years.... In this department for 4 years. My supervisor is against me, she wasn't even there when it happened, and is telling me that it's my fault. I'm seriously shocked because I KNOW I didn't do anything wrong, and now I'm being told it's because everyone is stressed over work... How is it ok to scream and yell with someone you work with?! I was told to "shut up, mind your business, you're not here to say $hit!" Including obscenities! I really feel harassed and bullied, but apparently "that's not being harassed or bullied"... Any comments?
