Hello ladies what prenatal vitamins do you guys recommend to get at Walmart?

I do spring valley prenatal gummies for both of my kids now and I love them. They’re tasty so I never mind taking them :)

I just checked Walmart.com and they do have a few good ones. Naturelo, Rainbow Light, and Garden of Life are all good brands that they sell online. They’re all whole food vitamins so the ingredients are easier to digest and they’re easier on your stomach. They also contain folate instead of folic acid, which is the natural, more easily absorbed version of folic acid. If you’re not interested in the ones I pointed out, just look for one that has between 400-800mg of folate (sometimes listed as L-methylfolate or 5-MTHF). 
Also, if you’re open to buying your vitamins on Amazon I highly recommend Megafood Baby and Me 2. It’s the most natural one I’ve found, but you’ll need to take calcium and magnesium separately since it doesn’t contain those two important ingredients. The reason being that if you take magnesium and/or calcium at the same time as iron they will “cancel” the iron out, decreasing the absorption.
