Will a 3cm fibroid make me have a high risk pregnancy?

I had my first ultrasound and the tech noticed a 3cm fibroid. She said the doctor would call me with results of the ultrasound in a few days but I’m so worried. I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy so I’m scared it will happen again, even though everything was perfect with the baby. I read they may put me on bed rest because of it, and that it can cause bleeding. Anyone had a fibroid and had a healthy pregnancy? Just looking for some comfort while im waiting for the call
