Contractions or baby moving?

So this will be TMI but I need help! For the past 3 days I’ve been having diarrhea. Every time I eat something I’m in the bathroom within an hour or two. Today I called out of work and I’m sitting on my couch and the right side of my belly keeps getting tight like the baby is pushing forward. My baby is breech and her head sometimes gives me this discomfort feeling by my ribs but today it’s lasting a while. I can feel her feet kick me in my cervix right after the tightening feeling goes away. I’m not sure if these could be contractions or just the baby in a weird position... the reason I’m not convinced it’s contractions is because it’s not causing me pain just kinda taking my breath away (crushing my lungs 🤷‍♀️) and it’s on my right side where I can see the baby... my left side is squishy and not getting tight when this happens. What do you ladies think?
