Short Cycle?

Some background: i’m a Sunday starter for Microgestin FE 1/20

So I’m JUST finishing my third pack, and I’m having two periods?? Like I didn’t get my period during my second pack, and instead I got it in the middle of my third pack (second to third week). That would have been literally last week, and it was entirely spotting. Last night, I noticed I began to spot again. I figured it was just leftovers. But today, I woke up to my freshly washed sheets becoming the flag of Japan, and I’m highly confused. Help? eve says my “last cycle” was 12 days...
