Long distance advice?

So me and my boyfriend started dating this summer and obviously it got serious. We live in the same complex as each other so we see each other quite often.

In about a month I’m going back to school about 4 hours from where we live and I’m scared.

I know he’ll visit me, but I’m scared that when I leave he’ll meet another girl and replace me with her

I have this insecurity because I have been cheated on before. I am my boyfriends first kiss,girlfriend,first time, date all of that.

He’s very introverted, he has a few friends but not many and he’s training to be a pilot. I know he doesnt go out a lot because it’s simply not his personality. He’s introverted and to himself (he said I take him out his shell)

Any advice on long distance? We both really want this to work.
