Husband doesn’t want to have sex

My husband hardly ever wants to have sex. The last time we did it was about two and a half months ago and even before then it was every couple months. I always have to initial it. I feel like if I were to not ask him for it he wouldn’t ask at all. Last night I asked him If he wanted to and he said no tmmrw so I asked why not today and he said “I don’t want to, you can’t force me” like that really got on my nerves him assuming I his wife would force him to have sex with me like if he was being force into being with me. We’ve had his problem for years. It doesn’t get better I just don’t know if I could be in a sexless marriage anymore. I love him but is it really fair for me to not have my needs being met ?? I don’t know what to do anymore
