He said he is done

No negative comments please cause I am hurting from this.....and I need advice....so about two months ago my now ex boyfriend found out that I was texting another guy (side note we work together but he is quitting in a month) and I was gonna let the guy move into my place cause I felt bad cause he had no where to go....I figured since I’m at my boyfriends house about 5/7 days a week it would be fine (no intentions of sleeping with this other guy or having romantic feelings). But ever since then my well now ex boyfriend and I have been trying to make it work and be friends in order to gain his trust back , and my ex wants me to tell him when this other guy works with me so I do and he gets mad at me every time he works with me which I get it....I would be upset too. Anyways today before I went to work my ex boyfriend were talking, cuddling, and watching a movie getting along good. Then i go to work and we have a work meeting and I didn’t know this other guy would be at the meeting cause honestly he never comes but I didn’t tell my ex that he was there cause obviously I can’t text during a meeting....well anyways I tell him after the meeting that the guy showed up but the guy left cause it wasn’t his day to work....blah blah blah....his response on the text is I’m done....like please respect that....I can’t do this to myself anymore and you are just a web of lies....like I do not feel like I did anything wrong....but yet all the sudden I’m really hurt cause he has never said ok I’m officially done....like that before....I don’t know what to think... or say...or feel....but I do know that I’m really hurting cause I don’t know if he means it or what but I’m sooo confused....does anyone have any ideas or has this happened to any one before?
