Day care guilt 😒

A Facebook friend was posting she hates the idea of her 4 month old possibly going to day care because she can’t communicate if she’s being abused. She had a lot of responses of moms having similar thoughts and refusing to let their babies go to day care. They kept making it sound like every day care abuses children and moms who don’t stay home 24/7 are disgusting.

Well, to afford our house and every other bill I need to place my two month old in a home day care. I did my research and ran a background check - I felt really good about our choice!

But now I feel like shit and I’m scared. Like I’m the worst mom ever for sending my newborn off so I can work. 😔

I just want to cry now.
