How To Deal With Busy BF

My boyfriends way of thinking is if he compromises now, in the future I can have all the time in the world and we will be financially stable. He also thinks that working or keeping himself busy, he can easily find himself out of trouble. With this being said, our physical time spent together is non existent. This is going on week three that I haven’t seen him. We talk every single day but his work leaves him with basically no free time and by time he is free it’s super late at night and if he sleeps over he will have to be back up in a few hours or over sleep and be late for work. I want to support him during this all but it’s really hard.

Any encouraging words? I’ve been super naggy lately but I really love him and despite his busy schedule I do feel like he’s the one.
