My brain is turning!

I was SURE I miscarried yesterday as I have been having mild cramping since what I think was implantation. However, yesterday I had heavier cramps and about a pad full of blood in a couple hours. I haven’t had any bleeding or cramping since. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it’s the most positive I’ve had 🤔🤔🤔

At 3.5 weeks, my hcg was 136. I’ve not had it drawn since then.. but I’m going to call and ask if my doctor will draw it today since I don’t see him for another week..

I’m still breastfeeding my first, had a chemical pregnancy a couple months ago, but never have had a period since before I had my first baby.

My mind is turning...

Could the blood have been expelling the chemical pregnancy or a vanishing twin??? Anyone had this happen?
