Very stupid question

Hi, I’ve been on the pill for a while now, however I forgot to get a refill on them , I took my last blue pill that is suppose to stop ovulation and stuff on the 17th. My fiancé and I had unprotected sex that day, now of course I don’t have any of my birth control pills and this is day 2 without taking them. I’m getting my refill tomorrow when I get the money. Is there any chance I could become pregnant from this? I’m on medications that can cause birth defects and other issues so I’m really scared and stressed.
