Nervous about sex in first trimester

I’m 8w 2d and my fiancé and I haven’t had sex since finding out we were expecting. I am quite nervous. I know that sex is supposed to be completely fine during pregnancy unless you have complications, which I don’t.

I also know that light bleeding/spotting is normal after sex due to the increased sensitivity of the cervix and increased blood flow. But if I do bleed a little

I know I will freak out and be paranoid even if I know it is normal.

How can I overcome this feeling? I want to keep up our sex life until I physically can’t anymore.
