How soon is too soon?

So i wanted to write this huge thing out about me and my partner. Long story short we’ve been dating for about 3 months now. And i feel like i’m falling in love, but i’m not acting too much on it because i feel like it’s too soon considering earlier this year i came out of a 3 year relationship. And i feel like i’m falling fast but then we spend nearly everyday together, and we go about 2-3 days max without seeing one another. I just want to know, when do you girls feel like it is too soon to say the “I Love You”?

I got of a 2 year on and off relationship with someone I thought I loved. I met my boyfriend a month later and we said I love you within the first month. We just our 2 Years and I love this man so much. You can’t put a time on love

I told my boyfriend I loved him 1 month after meeting them. We both escaped abusive relationships, mine(4 years mental/emotional/verbal abuse) his(1 year physical/verbal/emotional/mental abuse).
I knew the moment I met him that I was in love with him, I didn’t care that anyone thought it was “too soon.” Had I listened to everyone telling me to wait and stay single for longer (mind you..I had just left my ex 3 months before meeting my current boyfriend), I never would’ve started planning for a future with a man who loves to make it his mission to remind me how much he loves me, and doesn’t just promise he’ll take care of me, but actually acts on it.
