Am scared and fed up

plz help ladies if u can...am pregnant and my 2nd month was about to complete and i have spotting from tomorrow and i had 1st ultrasound in that it shows g-sac but no fetal pole seen..my doc prescribed very expensive medicines i stop getting spotting yesterday and now again i got bleeding...plz help if some 1 also experienced same situation like me and have a healthy baby...m scared of my previous missed abortion this time i hope i would not lost my baby😭😭
