Morning Sickness
Hi Everyone!
i am 9 weeks pregnant and today I feel so sick. In a morning I got sick and since than my head wants to explode and I have a little bit of a temperature. I also feel so so exhausted. Is it just morning sickness or should I go to doctor with it?
