Baby's butt rash?

My baby is 2 weeks old tomorrow I've been breastfeeding since birth, he eats really well but he always has a poopy diaper. It's not like full poop it's just a little in every single diaper, now he has a terrible diaper rash that's lasted 3 days I got Boudreaux butt paste cream and has only seemed to help a little. I don't eat anything spicy though could it still be my breastmilk?(I change him before and after every feeding as well and check him regularly)

Aquaphor worked a lot better for us than other creams, newborns just poop a lot.

Aquiphor diaper cream works well. Debating max strength works well and so does breastmilk!! Put breast milk on and air dry..: it does work. You can also make breast milk lotion and use it at diaper rash lotion

Lanolin. The same stuff we put on your breast.... Yep! I use it when my sons rash is really bad and use the same butt paste as you when the rash goes away. I rarely see a rash then.

Make sure his bum is completely dry before you put cream/nappy on
