Fenugreek and thistle capsules?

Has anyone tried the fenugreek and blessed thistle capsules to increase milk supply ? 
I also got mothers milk tea ? 
If so how long did it take for you to notice a difference if any? 
I am breastfeeding every 2 -3 hrs and pumping right after and I feel a little desperate to make more for my hungry girl

Wait 10-15 min after you breastfeed before pumping. That way it'll trick your boy into thinking it's a new feeding session.

I took fenugreek and it killed my supply with my first. I had no idea. I will definitely not be taking it this time. 
It’s all supply and demand - the more the baby latches, the more your body will make. Also drink water until you’re drowning. Staying hydrated is key! Lots of women recommend the “pink drink” from Starbucks because it’s so hydrating (from coconut milk). You can look on Pinterest and make your own for cheaper. I’ve also heard BodyArmor drink (you can find them at Kroger, Walmart, etc) is also suppose to help because of how hydrating it is.
