Endometriosis

I've been having issues for 3 yrs and been to many doctors and finally they did the surgery and found out I have endometriosis :( It took me 2 yrs to get pregnant the first time which ended in MMC. And now it's been over a year TTC. Any tips? Also any tips for the pain and terrible symptoms that come with endo? Thanks for any help.
