not started on the nursery...😖

has anyone else not started on their nursery yet?!?! I see all these posts about being done or almost done with nurseries at this point in pregnancy and I feel like I'm way behind...I'm almost 26 weeks and haven't even started on my sons nursery yet!! which is weird for me because I'm such a plan-ahead type of person...I'm very excited to finally have a nursery to decorate(I didn't have the space with my first 2) I just haven't been able to gather up the energy to get it done 😞 but everytime I look at the room, it feels like such a daunting task..not only do I have to set up and decorate, but I also have to remove all toys and such from my older boys using it as a play room and organize it in their shared bedroom...

please tell me I'm not alone?!?!?!
