Help please?
I need help! In general yes 😅, but in particular with this bbt chart. I feel like I've had ovulation cramps on the 18th/CD12 at noon and ovulated then. It's always the same pain. But then sharp pains a day later at night. 🤷🏽♀️ First cycle bbt and ttc. This is giving straight up anxiety.
