Help please?

I need help! In general yes 😅, but in particular with this bbt chart. I feel like I've had ovulation cramps on the 18th/CD12 at noon and ovulated then. It's always the same pain. But then sharp pains a day later at night. 🤷🏽‍♀️ First cycle bbt and ttc. This is giving straight up anxiety.

It’s possible you may have ovulated on the 16th, but you’re missing your temp from the 13th, so can’t confirm. Based on what you do have for temps, there is no confirmed ovulation date. You want to look for 3 temps in a row that are all higher than the previous 6 days.
